Sanctuary Work Days
October – March; monthly on the 2nd Saturday, from 8:30 AM – 1 PM
Help us improve both the visitor infrastructure and wildlife habitat within our four nature sanctuaries in High Island! This is a great opportunity to get outside while making a difference. High Island Workday volunteers are treated to a delicious meal prepared by our lunch crew. After a lunch break at noon to recharge and visit, we take about an hour to wrap up the day!
