Shadow Creek Ranch Nature Trail Bird Survey

We meet on the fourth Saturday of the month (September through May) at 7 AM. During the cooler months of October through March, we'll start at 8 AM. Our meeting location is the main trail signage next to the parking lot. The survey takes about 90 minutes. Don't forget your binoculars, bug spray and sunscreen! We have extra binoculars if needed.

About the Shadow Creek Ranch Nature Trail
The Shadow Creek Ranch Nature Trail encompasses 42 acres. Restoration efforts are being undertaken by the Natural Resources Division of Pearland on 10 acres to convert them back to their pre-settlement state of coastal tallgrass prairie. Invasive species removal and native plant reintroduction are ongoing.
The nature trail includes paved trails and an elevated observation platform.
