Eupatorium serotinum

The small white flowers are grouped into larger flower heads. Leaves are 2-4" long and coarsely toothed. Prefers partial shade and moist conditions but tolerates full sun. Grows well in sandy or clay soils. Masses of late-flowering boneset are very showy in late August and September.
