This includes protecting land, restoring habitat, science and monitoring, creating more bird friendly spaces in urban areas, reducing human-induced threats to birds, connecting people to nature through programming, maintaining safe and equitable access to nature within our sanctuaries, and educating children and adults about the importance of birds in a way that engages the community in conservation action in their daily lives.
