Join us for a free morning workshop on planting for pollinators! Even in the city, individuals can make a big difference for local wildlife by planting a handful of native plants in a garden. Local experts Lauren Jansen Simpson and Glenn Olsen will share information on the importance of native plants for pollinators and tips on choosing and planting native plants in your own garden or yard. Native plant experts from Houston Audubon will be on hand to answer any questions you have. Participants will also receive a complimentary plant with the potential to purchase more.
