First Lady Pavilion at the Texas City Dike
The Texas City Dike provides good close views for birders and photographers of a variety of gulls, terns, waders and shorebirds as well as occasional surprises such as a fledgling Loggerhead Shrike! Join us on this fun monthly bird survey!
Meeting Time: 9:00 AM. The surveys typically last till 11:00 AM. We meet monthly on the third Thursday.
Meeting Location: We meet at the First Lady Pavilion, Texas City Dike. Park in the first parking lot on the left at the beginning of the dike.
