 . This is a 2-part event that starts with an observation period (April 24-
 27\, 2026) and is followed by an identification period (April 28-May 10\, 
 2026). All you need to do to take part is find wildlife (plants\, animals\
 , or any evidence of life)\, take a picture (note the location)\, and shar
 e your observations through iNaturalist!\n\nContribute to science by docum
 enting the biodiversity that makes our area so special. We especially need
  your help with more bird observations. Below you'll find a PDF on how to 
 export your eBird data to iNaturalist.\n\nHouston Audubon's Bolivar Penins
 ula and High Island sanctuaries are included in the Houston-Galveston coun
 t!\n\nHere’s how to participate:\n\n•	Create an account on iNaturalist.org

 s project. (See link below)\n•	Use your phone or a camera and desktop compu
 ter to upload observations of wild plants\, fungi\, and animals onto iNatu

 old. \n•	Do you have particular knowledge about plants\, birds\, fungi\, in
 sects\, etc? Explore the thousands of observations that will be made\, and
  help provide accurate identifications from the comfort of your home. \n\n
